We want you to love your UPnDOWN purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return or exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
