Absolutely blown away by the support in the few days the 'store' has been open. The SM mug has proven by far and away to be the most popular item so far. I guess you all really want to tell people you know somebody with an SM!
Wanted to touch base quickly with updates and additional info.
At the moment, all products bar stickers are made to order. I put the orders in on the day (or on the next working day) after they come in. In normal conditions the mugs are produced and shipped within 3 working days, but because I'm a numpty, I've set this all up at Xmas, so things are a little slower due to the extra pressure of this time of year. Your patience is appreciated!
At checkout, customers have the option of paying by card/Google Pay/Apple Pay etc., or by PayPal. With the latter, the interface is a little clunky and it seems you don't get all the notifications etc that you would if you pay through Wix (the website host). Rest assurred if you've paid through PayPal and it's says it's confirmed, it should say the same this end, and if you have any issues or concerns, please contact me via the page.
Any product that goes on sale on this store is something that I've designed myself, and then ordered in to evaluate. I've actually been through three different mug suppliers already (would have been four, but it never arrived!) The Ltd Edition Clement mug was delayed so I've not been able to put that on sale yet, but it should be ready imminently. The bigger mugs will be tested next, along with clothing such as hoodies and hats. Appreciate this adds time, but I want to make sure I'm happy with everything first.
I would have thought any order put through after now (13/12/23) won't arrive in time for Xmas, but I've discovered there are Gift Vouchers available for purchase, so I will make these available soon so you have 'something' to give somebody as a gift, if the product you're waiting for isn't ready yet.
